What should we talk about?+
Anything. We share suggested prompts before your session — five questions to ask a parent or grandparent — but the best moments are the ones you already wanted to ask. The conversation is yours.
How many family members can join?+
Signature includes up to four family members. Tell us who's coming and we'll plan the table around them.
What do we actually receive?+
An edited family film — a curated edit with standard cuts, balanced audio, color correction, and simple titles. The finished video is curated, not the full raw recording.
Will it arrive before Christmas?+
We're confirming the realistic recording cutoff and delivery timeline now. We only promise Christmas delivery once production dates are confirmed with you after reservation.
What about privacy and the footage?+
Nothing is shown or shared without your written permission. We use consent and permissions for any BTS or sample content, and your raw recording is never published.
